Frank Koranda has represented private companies in transactions valued in the multi-billions of dollars.
He chairs his firm’s private equity mergers and acquisitions practice group and serves as outside general counsel for private companies and clients in a variety of sectors, ranging from health care to infrastructure.
In a sale expected to close this year, he represented Metronet, a multi-state fiber internet service provider, when it entered into agreements to sell the company to a joint venture between KKR and T-Mobile with an investment by T-Mobile of $4.9 billion.
Koranda earned his law degree from the University of Missouri in 2005.
