Ally Cunningham said she is “best known in the legal community for my work at the forefront of environmental law, particularly in navigating complex litigation and regulatory challenges at high profile cases and in cases involving PFAS.”
For more than a decade, she has litigated cases related to nuclear waste, radiation exposure and the Price Anderson Act, securing dismissals for clients in multiple federal court actions involving Manhattan Project nuclear waste claims at one of Missouri’s largest Superfund sites.
Cunningham currently leads one of the first lawsuits over alleged PFAS impacts between a landfill and a municipally owned wastewater treatment plant. She successfully moved to dismiss a nationwide class action against a consumer goods company over PFAS allegations.
