Where a clothing store operator and one of its employees brought claims including breach of contract, negligence and ERISA violations against a health plan administrator and excess insurer, the plaintiffs did not present evidence to show that it lost any retention amount as claimed, so dismissal is affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
