Where an architectural firm challenged the denial of its claim for enforcement of its in a dispute arising from a contract for design services for a senior care facility, the trial court did not err in denying the claim for lien enforcement because the firm did not file its lien within the time prescribed by statute, so no lien attached to the property.

Judgment is affirmed.
