Evan Raskas Goldfarb is a past co-chair of Thompson Coburn’s health care practice and a current co-chair of its corporate department.
She continues to advise hospitals, health systems, nursing care facilities and other institutions in the health industry. She handles physician employment agreements, mergers and acquisitions of hospitals, and independent-contractor agreements for physicians in hospitals.
Goldfarb is a member of several health law organizations, including the American Bar Association’s Forum on Health Law and the St. Louis Area Health Lawyers Association. She was honored in Missouri Lawyers Media’s Women’s Justice Awards in 2017 as a Business Practitioner.
