Lori Beam is chair of her firm’s health care industry group and its advertising, marketing and promotions practice group; that mixed expertise came in handy when she represented the Kansas City Chiefs in its sponsorship, clinic lease and medical services contracts with a local health system.
Beam helps health care providers with physician recruiting and employment, buying and selling health care businesses, leasing office space, acquiring health records systems and complying with anti-kickback laws. In 2021, KCMBA awarded her its Baron of the Boardroom award for a distinguished career representing clients in business matters.
