Patrick J. Stueve is a partner at Stueve Siegel Hanson in Kansas City with 38 years of practice specializing in complex commercial litigation representing plaintiffs. After a decade in commercial litigation defense, he shifted to plaintiffs’ work 25 years ago, securing over $3 billion in jury verdicts, arbitration awards and settlements.
Stueve’s notable achievements include leading a $1.51 billion nationwide settlement against Syngenta, believed to be the largest agricultural settlement in U.S. history, following a $217.7 million jury verdict for Kansas corn farmers. He also represented Seaboard Corporation in litigation against Grindrod Limited seeking over $100 million in damages.
Stueve is a fellow of both the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and American College of Trial Lawyers.
