Administrative : Enforcement Action – Securities Division – Statute Of Repose

Where an appellant challenged an enforcement action brought against it by the state securities division, the trial court did not err in quashing the preliminary writ and dismissing the petition because the statute of repose did not apply to bar the action and administrative enforcement actions brought by the securities division pursuant to Section 409.6-604 are not bound by the time limitations of Section 409.5-509(j).
Judgment is affirmed.
