Where a defendant challenged her 28-month sentence in a wire-fraud case, the judgment is affirmed because the district court properly considered the relevant factors and adequately explained its sentence, and the court did not impose a sentence greater than that necessary to achieve guideline- goals.

Judgment is affirmed.
