Plaintiff appealed the order of the district court confirming an arbitration award in favor of defendants and dismissing plaintiff’s application to vacate the award.

Where the court found no clear error of fact or other error of law by the district court, the court affirmed the dismissal of plaintiff’s application to vacate an arbitration award.

Judgment is affirmed.
