Criminal Law: Sentencing-Appeal Waiver

Where a defendant challenged his sentence following a guilty plea to crimes including robbery, the appeal fell within the scope of the appeal waiver, and the plea agreement was voluntarily and knowingly entered, so the appeal is dismissed.
