Lisa Ottolini’s career has grown with the mergers that became Husch Blackwell.
Ottolini came to Husch Blackwell in 2013 from Ashcroft Hanaway, one of six attorneys who joined Husch’s government compliance, investigations and litigation team, headed by fellow POWER honoree and current firm chair Catherine Hanaway.
Ottolini defense clients in health care facing criminal, regulatory and civil issues. She also assists corporate clients with compliance and internal investigations.
She has represented a clinical lab in a criminal investigation under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute. Ottolini also has represented a home health provider, dentist and adult day care provider facing fraudulent billing claims via Missouri Fraud Control Unit criminal investigations.
Ottolini earned her law degree in 1990 and her master’s in social work in 2001, both from Washington University. She also has been a social worker, a psychotherapist with Lutheran Family and Children Services of Missouri and the director of external affairs for her law school alma mater.
