Where appellant sought information about vehicle stops made by several police departments under the Missouri Sunshine Law, St. Louis County provided him with the information requested in compliance with Section 590.650, so the county was entitled to summary judgment, but the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Webster Groves because the city was required to provide vehicle stop records generated for the purposes of complying with the statute.

Judgment is reversed and remanded in part; affirmed in part.

Weeks v. St. Louis County, Mo. (MLW No. 80733/Case No. ED111496 – 23 pages) (Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, Page, J.) Appealed from circuit court, St. Louis County, Albus, J. (Laurence D. Mass for appellant) (Neil J. Bruntrager and Matthew W. Huckeby for respondents).
