Christy Abbott, a member with Lewis Rice, specializes in commercial real estate and creditors’ rights. Her expertise allows her to guide clients through complex real estate transactions, acquisitions, leasing and the development of properties.
She also is experienced with assisting lenders and obligors through restructurings, work outs, receiverships, foreclosures and other debtor-creditor proceedings. Her clients include developers, retailers, landlords, municipalities and nonprofits.
Abbott obtained her J.D. from Saint Louis University and served as symposium managing editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.
