Criminal Law : DWI – Breath Test – Machine Maintenance

Where a defendant challenged the admission of a certificate of analysis as inadmissible hearsay in his DWI case, the defendant failed to show prejudice because breath analyzer maintenance reports were admitted without objection and supported compliance with the relevant regulation.
Judgment is affirmed.
