With a client list that includes both Fortune 100 and 500 companies, Saraann Parker has become a sought-after counselor to both start-ups and established enterprises alike.

Recognized with a Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s Women’s Justice Award for innovation and technology, the 1996 Saint Louis University graduate has carved out an impressive niche at Armstrong Teasdale where she handles everything from software audits to sports and entertainment license agreements.

Over two decades, Parker has become well-versed in the details of Internet and e-commerce legal services — crafting online terms of use, terms of sale and privacy policies — an area that also utilizes her expertise in data security regulation like the EU’s GDPR and California’s CCPA.

Parker has dealt with the development of a B2B and B2C platform for a bank, negotiated cloud SaaS agreements for companies and partnered with corporate mergers and acquisition attorneys to prepare and negotiate technology asset sales and purchases.

Today, Parker serves as a partner in Armstrong Teasdale’s Corporate Services Group and a member of its Technology Committee. She also has the distinction of being a co-founder of its Tech Law Practice.

“A zealous advocate with a proven track record of achieving strong and protective client rights and remedies,” reads her firm bio, “Saraann approaches each negotiation in a respectful and collaborative manner to achieve an end result that is fair and satisfying, enabling positive business relationships among the parties.”
