Father appealed the trial court’s judgment granting mother’s motion for family access. Mother alleged that father twice denied or interfered with mother’s custody rights under the existing custody judgment.

Where father failed to file a record of the trial court proceedings on appeal, the court was constrained to dismiss the appeal.

Appeal is dismissed.
