Criminal Law: Child Molestation – Sufficiency Of Evidence – Prosecutor’s Comments

Where the state failed to present sufficient evidence to support a defendant’s convictions for second-degree sodomy and second-degree child molestation, the convictions are reversed and remanded, but the defendant failed to show that comments made by the prosecutor during closing argument were plain error.
Judgment is reversed and remanded in part; affirmed in part.
