Criminal Law : DWI – Traffic Stop – Reasonable Suspicion

Where a defendant in a DWI case argued that the traffic stop was illegal due to lack of probable cause or reasonable suspicion, the judgment is affirmed because the totality of the circumstances, which included the officer observing the defendant vomiting from his car window, driving away and striking a curb, gave the officer reasonable suspicion to make the stop.
Judgment is affirmed.
