Domestic Relations : Parenting Plan – Child Support
Stephanie Maniscalco//September 14, 2018//
Where a father brought challenges to the modification of parenting time and child support provisions, the trial court misapplied the law by failing to address certain holidays, and the court also failed to make an adequate record in support of its Form 14 calculations, so the judgment is reversed and remanded in part.
Judgment is affirmed in part; reversed in part; remanded.
