kraftKristine Kraft, who earned her law degree in 1990 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, focuses her practice on mass torts, representing plaintiffs in product liability suits against the makers of pharmaceutical products and devices. 

Kraft has served in leadership positions in many multidistrict litigation cases, including as co-lead counsel and national liaison counsel on NuvaRing, which in 2014 resulted in a $100 million settlement from the birth-control device’s manufacturer, Merck & Co. It was the largest settlement of 2014 as reported by Missouri Lawyers Media. 

Other MDLs to Kraft’s name include one for testosterone replacement therapy products and for birth-control drugs Yasmin and Yaz. 

Her work has drawn recognition from the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, which in 2015 recognized her as a member of its Nation’s Top One Percent organization. She also is a member of the board of governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
