Attorneys named to Labor, Lottery Commissions

Gov. Mike Parson has named two attorneys to state commissions.
Rodney Campbell Jr. of Fenton was appointed to the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. Campbell has been an attorney with The Petraborg Law Firm since 2017. He previously was with Archer & Lassa and served as an assistant attorney general in the labor division of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. He earned his law degree from Saint Louis University.
Nicholas Gerth of Ballwin was appointed to the State Lottery Commission. Gerth is a senior associate with Brown & James and has been with the firm since 2014. He previously served as a law clerk for the U.S.’s Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois. Gerth earned his law degree from Saint Louis University.
