Eight seek judgeship in Greene County

The 31st Circuit Judicial Commission plans to interview eight applicants for the associate circuit vacancy on the Greene County Circuit Court created by the recent elevation of Judge Nathan Taylor to the circuit bench.

The five men and three women who applied are employed in the public sector. Their mean age is 42.

Public interviews with the applicants are scheduled for Feb. 13 at the Missouri Court of Appeals Southern District. The commission will meet afterward to select three finalists for the governor’s consideration.

The applicants are Amanda Rose Callaway, Philip Fuhrman, Christopher M. Hoeman, Christopher W. Lebeck, Zachary McFarland, Amanda Marcell Pearl, David T. Tunnell and Amy S. Westermann.
