Probate: Will Contest-Attorney Fees

Where decedent’s daughters challenged a judgment awarding attorney fees from the estate to the decedent’s son in a will contest, the trial court lacked the authority to award the fees under the circumstances of the case, so the judgment is reversed.
Judgment is reversed.
