Unemployment Compensation: Overpayment-Refund Action

Claimant appealed the commission’s decision finding that claimant was overpaid unemployment compensation benefits and ordering him to repay the overpaid benefits.
Where there was sufficient evidence in the record to support the commission’s determination, the court would not reverse even if there was conflicting evidence that might support an alternative determination.
Judgment is affirmed.
