Pete Mirakian focuses his practice on corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law. He represents public and private companies and individuals in both domestic and international transactions and joint ventures.
He is recognized for his knowledge of securities and tax law and is known for efficiently solving client problems. He chairs Spencer Fane’s opinion committee, the firm’s third-party legal opinion practice.
Mirakian authored The Missouri Bar’s “Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws,” and has written numerous articles for the National Business Institute and other organizations.
He earned his law degree from the University of Kansas in 1996.
