Claimant appealed the dismissal of his application for review of a decision of the Division of Employment Security Appeals Tribunal, which dismissed claimant’s appeal of the denial of his application for unemployment benefits after claimant failed to appear for the appeal hearing.

Where claimant failed to file his application for review within 30 days, the commission did not err in denying the application.

Appeal is dismissed.
