Lori A. Gregory specializes in estate planning and elder law. Her practice encompasses basic estate planning documents to complex tax planning for high net worth clients, along with special needs, Medicaid and VA benefits planning.
Gregory chairs her firm’s Estate Planning, Tax and Corporation/Partnership group. She served as past president of the Kansas Chapter of the National Academy of Elderlaw Attorneys and on the boards of both the Kansas and Missouri chapters. She presented at the national NAELA seminar in 2014 and numerous state seminars for various organizations and the Missouri Bar’s elder law committee.
Known for representing clients across all economic levels, Gregory noted her passion for generational representations and assisting those facing family disputes during trust and estate administration.
