Ronald N. Danna has devoted 52 years to business law, tax law and transactional matters. His practice focuses on taxation, estate planning and succession planning for business owners and individuals.
Before earning his law degree, Danna spent many years in business, providing him with a firsthand understanding of business owners’ taxation needs. He noted that international work, particularly from tax and estate planning perspectives, has been particularly fascinating throughout his career.
With large federal tax exemptions on transfer of ownership, Danna explained that succession planning has become a major part of his practice and will continue to be a focus area. He emphasized his commitment to building trust with clients and colleagues rather than bar involvement or leadership roles within the profession.
