Adam Miller serves as co-chair of the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Practice Group. Over 34 years, Miller said he is “widely recognized for my work at the intersection of complex medical, scientific, economic and technical evidence within the realm of environmental tort law.”
For more than eight years, he led trial teams securing numerous defense verdicts in multi-plaintiff PCB/non-Hodgkin lymphoma cases tried in Missouri and Los Angeles. Miller played a central role developing key scientific and medical defenses before the mass action resolved favorably.
He also defended a historical waste discharger against more than 250 lawsuits alleging groundwater contamination from perchlorate use, achieving a complete defense verdict in a four-week bellwether trial.
