Bruce Morrison is known for “working on the public interest side of environmental law and being that ‘lawyer on the bike.'” He represents national, state and local environmental organizations.
Morrison noted that cases where he has touched hearts by protecting places precious to people, even small municipal parks, have meant the most to him.
He chairs the Environmental and Conservation Law Committee for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and chairs the Environmental Justice Committee of the Missouri NAACP.
Morrison explained his career path began in law school while open water swimming, where he observed some waters were unnaturally warm from sewage discharges while others were clean, leading him to prefer advocating for clean water.
