Teresa Young has developed extensive experience in insurance defense, insurance coverage and appeals. Young’s insurance defense practice encompasses complex litigation including class action and TCPA matters, business litigation, cyber liability and professional liability.
Her insurance coverage work involves directors’ and officers’ liability, underinsured and uninsured motorist coverage, and commercial general liability claims.
Young’s appellate experience spans all litigation levels, from drafting dispositive motions and presenting interlocutory appeals to arguing before appellate courts. She serves as co-chair of her firm’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group and serves as a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
