Chris Seibold’s practice spans construction, product liability, premises liability, transportation, arson-fraud, employment law and insurance coverage. Before joining the firm, he interned for the Honorable Mary Kuhnmuench of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.

Seibold represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas and Kansas and before the American Arbitration Association. He is routinely retained pre-litigation, emphasizing early case assessment and effective resolution.

His notable matters include a multimillion-dollar construction defect case involving a college dormitory building envelope, a successful defense verdict for a home inspector in Springfield and a serious personal injury matter involving a tire explosion.

Seibold’s appellate work includes Switzer Living Trust v. Lake Lotawana Association, decided by the Missouri Court of Appeals Western District in 2024, Berliner v. Ameren Services Corp., decided by the Eastern District in 2016 and Roller v. American Modern Home Insurance Co., decided by the Western District in 2015. He is a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and KCMBA.
