Jennifer Price is the managing partner of the Kansas City litigation firm founded in 1994 that recently became majority woman-owned. Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Lee E. Wells in Jackson County.
Price has built a practice spanning more than two decades, handling construction and complex civil litigation across Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Ohio and Texas in both state and federal courts. Beyond litigation, she counsels clients on construction and business matters, negotiates contracts and handles insurance defense and surety matters.
She leads a 15-attorney team and is admitted in Missouri and Kansas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and District of Kansas, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Association of Women Lawyers.
