Jennifer Hannah began in private practice as a litigator before becoming a partner at a law firm, where she served on the executive committee for eight years and led the litigation division.

In 2021, Hannah transitioned to Forvis Mazars, a global professional services firm, where she serves as its in-house counsel. Since joining the organization, she has helped guide the firm through a period of rapid transformation and expansion, including the formation of a global network operating in more than 100 countries. Her responsibilities have encompassed navigating complex regulatory landscapes, structuring international affiliations and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

In addition to her professional role, Hannah recently joined the 2025 Treads & Threads Sponsorship Committee in support of the University of Kansas Health System, an event that has raised more than $27 million for the University of Kansas Cancer Center over 22 years.

Hannah said she was raised to “always, always, lead with integrity” — a principle she credits with shaping her entire career.
