Heidi Vollet has practiced litigation for 17 years, with her community leadership concentrated in the legal institutions that shape the profession in Missouri.

She has served as a trustee of the Supreme Court of Missouri Historical Society since 2014 and as its treasurer since 2022, acting as the society’s liaison in the development of the Judicial Discovery Center, which opened in 2025 using funds the society raised. At the Missouri Bar Foundation, she served as president from 2023 to 2025 and has been a trustee since 2018, leading a restructuring of the foundation’s grant program to strengthen its effectiveness and impact.

She also chaired the Helias Catholic High School Advisory Council in Jefferson City from 2022 to 2023, having served on the council since 2016.

Vollet has noted that after an early career defined by courtroom milestones — including a jury verdict won after an eight-year battle — she now finds the greatest meaning in mentoring younger lawyers one-on-one, paying forward the encouragement she once received.
