Managing Partner
Cordell & Cordell
St. Louis

Kimberly Gray’s path to law was shaped by her father, Michael Middleton, a retired civil rights attorney and professor of law whose commitment to justice instilled in Gray the belief that the law is a powerful tool for service and systemic change. That foundation has guided more than 17 years at a St. Louis-area family law firm, where Gray built a practice anchored in mentorship, operational excellence and professional development.

She manages a high-performing team of 50 to 100 attorneys and staff across up to 28 offices, with a vision centered on ensuring the firm’s growth is matched by the quality of its advocacy and mentorship. Gray is currently spearheading the launch of an estates and trusts division, integrating complex asset protection and succession planning into the firm’s existing practice areas.

She is a member of Jack and Jill of America’s St. Louis Chapter, an organization dedicated to leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving and civic duty.
