Kristy Bourgeois practices corporate and real estate law and serves as team leader of her firm’s Corporate Industry Team, where she has led efforts to expand marketing, redesign the team’s web presence, launch a corporate blog and build a comprehensive forms library. She is also co-chair of the Associate Development Committee, overseeing first and second-year associates and all firm recruiting efforts.

Among her notable matters, Bourgeois independently led a large, incentive-heavy real estate development closing that spanned nearly six months and involved attorneys from nine firms. A last-minute complication arose on closing day but was resolved before the wire deadline, enabling a transformative development project serving a community in need.

As board president of the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis, she has expanded programming on women’s advancement, overseen the Foundation’s Employment Scorecard tracking employer data on pay equity and recognized businesses championing female leadership.
