Litigation Attorney
Brown & Crouppen
St. Louis

Jenifer Snow is a first-generation attorney whose career began on the defense side, handling asbestos defense and medical malpractice claims before transitioning to plaintiff’s litigation. She has noted that her defense background remains an asset, allowing her to anticipate opposing strategy in her current work.

Snow served on the Women Lawyers’ Association board from 2020 to 2025, advancing from member at large to vice president. She is also a board member of the SLU Law Young Alumni Society and the St. Louis Sports Commission Associates and a Barrister of the Theodore McMillian American Inns of Court.

A lifelong athlete who played Division III field hockey in college, Snow has coached the sport at Villa Duchesne, Ste. Genevieve du Bois, Ladue High School and currently serves as a club coach for Gateway Field Hockey — work she sees as directly parallel to legal practice in its demands for strategy, adaptability and leadership.

“Be two things: overprepared and nice,” Snow said, is the best professional advice she has received.
