Matt Sain plays a key role in both case performance and overall office operations at DM Injury Law. His work centers on managing pre-litigation matters while overseeing office administration, workers’ compensation cases and litigation matters in the St. Louis market. Sain develops and maintains attorney relationships with other law firms to ensure strong, trusted referral partnerships, allowing the firm to provide clients with the best possible options for matters outside their core practice areas.

Sain routinely develops process improvements that enhance client experience and overall case outcomes. His approach balances advocacy for clients with efficiency, accountability and mentorship within the team. He focuses on training newer attorneys and developing experienced attorneys who continue passing guidance forward to others.

In 2025, Sain expanded the firm’s community presence, leading efforts that included more than 50 events and over 100 volunteer hours, reaching over 3,000 people through support for youth, veterans and families. Sain served as state representative from 2019 to 2021.
