Randy Alberhasky serves as president of The Alberhasky Law Firm, which he has led for 22 years. His practice is dedicated to representing injured workers and their families in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Alberhasky has handled cases at all judicial levels, including successful appellate cases before the Missouri Supreme Court such as Malam v. Missouri Department of Corrections and Harper v. Springfield Rehab and Healthcare Center.

In June 2025, Alberhasky was elected president of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, an organization of approximately 1,400 trial attorneys dedicated to representing the injured and preserving the right of trial by jury. As president and co-chair of the MO-TLC committee, he led efforts to raise and donate over $85,000 to food banks throughout Missouri in November 2025.

Alberhasky also participates in annual coat and cash drives benefiting the Kitchen, a nonprofit serving Springfield’s homeless population, and supports Elevate Branson’s tiny home project, which provides safe, clean, and affordable housing to low-income and homeless individuals.
