Ali Baumhoer brings eight years of legal experience to the energy and infrastructure sector. Baumhoer focuses on complex project development in the electric utility industry, supporting large capital projects that integrate commercial, regulatory and technical considerations.
She currently supports two new power generation facilities scheduled for 2026 and 2027 completion, having guided real estate transactions, equipment procurement, construction contracting, fuel transportation agreements and water service agreements. Baumhoer explained that “supporting the entire lifecycle of these projects has been one of my most challenging and rewarding professional experiences.”
She collaborates across cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, finance, environmental and procurement fields. Baumhoer serves as Vice Chair of the Missouri Bar’s Environmental and Energy Law Committee.
