When she began her career at HOK Group, Inc., Lisa Green was often the only woman present in meetings with clients, attorneys, consultants or contractors. Today, as the company’s chief legal officer, she leads a team of 10 attorneys and legal professionals — men and women — in providing legal services for HOK’s 25 offices located across three continents.
She and her team handle contract reviews, claims management, corporate governance and project delivery assistance to project teams.
Green is also known as an advocate for diversity and fair treatment of HOK employees. Her strong work ethic, excellent judgment, keen intellect and professionalism have contributed to her professional success as well as HOK’s business success.
