Where a father sought a change from joint to sole legal custody and a modification of the children’s legal residence and parenting plan, a substantial change in circumstances must be shown, and the father abandoned this argument, and the father’s remaining allegations did not amount to a change in circumstances to warrant considering modification as being in the best interests of the children, and the father also did not show changed circumstances to support a modification of child support.

Judgment is affirmed.
