Domestic Relations : Child Custody – Modification – Parenting Plan
Stephanie Maniscalco//March 16, 2017//
Where a mother challenged a trial court’s determination that it was in the child’s best interest to designate the father’s residence as the child’s residence for mailing and educational purposes and to award the father the majority of available parenting time, the judgment showed that the court properly considered the statutory factors, and the evidence supported the court’s custody determination, residential designation and parenting plan, and the court did not misapply the law by awarding joint legal custody, but the court failed to include the child’s birthday in its written schedule so that matter is remanded for correction.
Judgment is affirmed in part; reversed and remanded in part.
