Domestic Relations : Parenting Plan – Pleadings Struck – Form 14
Stephanie Maniscalco//March 8, 2018//
Where a father had not met his 11-month-old twins or supported them before trial, an award of supervised visitation was reasonable under the circumstances, the parenting plan was also appropriate, and the trial court did not abuse its discretion by striking father’s pleadings for discovery violations, but the court’s entry on Line 6 of Form 14 was not supported by substantial evidence, so the case is remanded for entry of a just and appropriate order of child support.
Judgment is affirmed in part; reversed in part.
Goodsell v. Noland (MLW No. 71436/Case No. WD80408 – 21 pages) (Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, Gabbert, J.) Appealed from circuit court, Jackson County, Burnett, J. (Ralph A Monaco, Brett Shirk, Kansas City, Missouri, for respondent) (Nancy A. Garris, Blue Springs, for respondent).
